Grilled Sweet Potato Wedgie

Here’s the Wedgie everyone wants! Nutritious, delicious sweet potatoes make a great anytime snack.
2 large sweet potatoes, skin on, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 350-375°F.
In a small bowl combine ground spices, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Brush both sides of the sweet potato wedgies with olive oil and sprinkle with spice mixture.
Place wedgies on the hot grill, laying them on one side. Grill for about 10 minutes, flipping wedgies after 5 minutes or as soon as they have a chance to darken and begin to soften.
When cooked through, remove wedgies from the grill and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
